Back pain putting me in a bad mood

Mood is so down bc of constant back pain, so today I ate a whole bag of hot & spicy chips! Anyone does this too? Now feeling guilty for the binge.

PP back & shoulder aches, carpal tunnel and a not so helpful husband = a very angsty wife & mum. I’ve never had back aches during pregnancy, but holy the PP back aches woahh.. I swear no amount of chips can help to feel better so don’t feel guilty 😉
