Sayang, please go to the hospital or call your doctor/midwife right now, jangan tunggu , any bleeding after mucus plug at 36 weeks kena check properly, even if it's just a little. Better safe than sorry, especially since baby's movements & cramping ada together. A few of us moms experienced similar things, and most turned out OK, but the doctors really need to see you to make sure everything's fine, bukan boleh assess from rumah.
