Aww mama, I'm so sorry about what happened sa first pregnancy, that's so heartbreaking, and I'm really glad you got pregnant again. A few of us mums in my circle had CS din and got pregnant within a year or two, so you're not alone dito. About the delivery though, whether you can have a normal delivery after CS really depends on kung bakit was your first CS (yours was emergency due to eclampsia, which is different from other reasons), the condition ng your scar, and what your OB thinks is safest for you this time, so I'd really push getting that discussion with your doctor soon since you're already 7 months, they can do imaging and give you the best advice based on your specific situation.
