Hi momshies! I'm on my 13th week pregnancy now. Since folic acid is taken during 1st trimester, I still continue taking it without other vitamins. Di ko alam kung sa vitamins ko to pero I had hard time sleeping talaga at night. During the day wide awake po ako. Minsan inuumaga na akong matulog at di pa tuloy2 yan. Feeling ko nakalutang lang ako. Para bang tulog ako pero yung brain ko nagwowork pa rin. Ano bang dapat kong gawin para makatulog ng mahimbing? Sabi ng ob ko wala naman daw effect ang vitamins sa sleep ko. Warm milk before bedtime lang daw pero di rin naman nagwowork. Recently madalas nako di naka katulog (2days na I guess) 😭. Any suggestions or advise? Thank you momshies☺️
