From 74 kg, naging 67 after a week of giving birth. 3.5 months pp, 57kg na ako. Breastfeeding helps you to lose weight :) almost back in my prepregnancy weight. 2-3 kg pa need ko ilose, but no rush naman. Listen to your body :) workout ka na din if pwede na.
