Hi! HR here. Usually kapag employed ka dapat si HR nyo po magprocess but if you have an online account sa SSS and si Company is may online, puede ka makapagfile online, just fill in the details na required then icertify pa rin sya ni HR mo online. Need sya icertify ng HR nyo kasi si company ang mag aadvance ng ML benefit mo, then irereimburse ni company kay SSS (which is the purpose of MAT2).
