Complete bedrest

Hello momsh, I am 19 weeks pregnant and advised to take a complete bedrest due to spotting. May I ask what does it really mean complete bedrest? Di po ba ako pwdeng mglakad going to banyo to take a bath or take some sort of walking inside the house kasi mas masakit po sa katawan if palagi nakahiga and naka upo. Appreciate your answer po.
