Senggugut/cramp perut

Mild cramps tu memang boleh jadi normal dalam trimester 1, especially kalau tak ada bleeding or heavy bleeding, a few of my mum friends experienced the same thing. Tapi since the pain is localised on one side je, better la you check with your gynae to make sure everything is okay, macam to rule out anything else just to be safe and give yourself peace of mind, you know how it is when you're pregnant, every ache feels extra scary!
