hi mummy, I am experiencing the same issue. Not to scare you but I was diagnosed with GBS (group b strep). My symptoms were yellowish discharge, and extreme itchiness. I initially thought it was UTI but it wasn't.. If you're worried and in doubt, what I may suggest is to request to do an early swab test for gbs or urine culture test. Because that was what I did.
if there's no odour or weird colour then it's normal. use panty liners if it's bothering you
