You can try wearing silver nipple cups, such as Silverettes. There are also cheaper brands. Those saved me. My nipples hurt so badly after giving birth that I couldn't sleep ,and wearing silverttes helped so much.
Get a small tub of earth mama nipple balm. Works wonders and instant relief…
You don’t need the big tub. 30ml is enough to last for at least a year.
