hi mommys semuan, tolong share tips .. bukaan bru 1cm jer tp da admit kt ospital sbb sakit d bhgian perut terlampau sangat ..dan sekrg masih lagi 1cm ... ap lagi cara nk cepatkan bukaan sebab da penat rasa yer tanggung sakit ni 😭
Sayang, I know you're exhausted and in pain, that's really tough But please talk to your doctor or midwife at the hospital right now about what you're feeling , okay? They can check you properly and help manage the pain better. Don't suffer in silence! A few of my mum friends who went through slow labours said the medical team actually helped them a lot, whether it's positioning, walking around (if the doc says okay), or even pain relief options. Every body progresses differently, so trust your healthcare team to guide you through this. You're doing amazing, mama, this phase will pass!
