Gerakkan 24 weeks

Honestly, at 24 weeks gerakkan should be more consistent than that, most mums feel baby movements few times an hour, so 1-2 jam or even 4-5 jam tanpa gerakkan is a bit concerning lah. Sebab first baby, maybe you're not familiar with the pattern yet, tapi I'd say best to check with your doctor atau midwife asap, even just to make sure everything is okay and put your mind at ease, they can do a quick scan or monitoring. A few of us went through the same worry, and once kita confirm baby is fine, rasa lega je. Don't wait too long for this one, okay?
