Tanda period

Aiyah mummy, this could be so many things, stress, hormonal changes, or even just a lighter cycle bulan ini lah, happens to a lot of us without reason! But since your period pattern changed quite a bit from your normal 4-5 days, better to check with your doctor or gynae to be safe, especially to rule out anything that needs attention. One of my mum friends had similar spotting once and turned out fine, but definitely worth getting checked out just for peace of mind!
