I drank a lot of Meiji regular fresh milk and Similac pregnancy milk (only half portion cause I don't really like the taste). Seems to be good for my baby cause when he was born (full 40 weeks), his neck already quite strong and limps all quite muscular.

I don’t drink pregnancy milk too. I didn’t like the taste. I drink a lot of Marigold fresh milk. Probably 3 litres or more in a week. I like to eat cereal with milk especially for midnight snack as it’s easy. Milk helps me sleep better too.

You can just drink pasteurised fresh milk. Pregnancy maternal milk is good but I find it too sweet. In addition to milk, do take your prenatal vitamins!

i bought pregnancy milk...but stopped touching it after few drinks...too lazy...lol! i juz?drink fresh milk like Meiji Low Fat milk..yumz

I didn't take maternity milk and regularly took fresh milk during my pregnancy - Meiji low fat milk

Fresh milk or soya milk is fine too. Keeping a balamced diet is the key
