congratulations! 😍 im a first time mom too and is currently in the early stage of 2nd trimester. this coming Monday, will be my 14 weeks. first off, consume folic acid if you haven’t already. count from the first date of your period to roughly get how many weeks in are you. when you’re in your 5 weeks, go set an appointment. usually private clinics can scan already but most would prefer for you to come when you’re 6 weeks. for my case, i was 4 weeks in and i did beta-hcg test. and then once confirmed pregnancy, doctor will give or advise you on the prenatal vitamins that you need to consume hehe. im so happy and excited for you!
