Boleh buka buku pink, your choice, either swasta or kk. Kalau kk, makesure u call ahead or p tanya dulu perlu booking atau tak. Bawak dokumen photocopy ic u and husband, photocopy sijil/kad nikah. Kalau u dh confirm pregnancy kat swasta and ada gambar scan, bawak sekali. My advice masa p buka buku pink, pakai baju yg senang nak selak2 kat lengan and bahagian perut dan dada (loose), bra pun yg senang buka dan pakai (ada checkup for breast untuk kesan lump), i do suggest u pakai je bra nursing yg boleh bukak and selak tu Make sure u tak exceed 12w ya untuk buka buku pink. Take ur folic acid regularly until they presicribe u with other supplement. Take enough water daily ya. Take care mommy, may this journey will be a smooth one for both u, husband and baby
Đọc thêmcongratulations! 😍 im a first time mom too and is currently in the early stage of 2nd trimester. this coming Monday, will be my 14 weeks. first off, consume folic acid if you haven’t already. count from the first date of your period to roughly get how many weeks in are you. when you’re in your 5 weeks, go set an appointment. usually private clinics can scan already but most would prefer for you to come when you’re 6 weeks. for my case, i was 4 weeks in and i did beta-hcg test. and then once confirmed pregnancy, doctor will give or advise you on the prenatal vitamins that you need to consume hehe. im so happy and excited for you!

Congratulations! kalau nak beranak hospital swasta. Boleh terus buka buku kat swasta. X kesah berapa minggu. Makan folic acid. Nanti Dr akan bagi supplements sekali dalam appointments. Biasa Dr akan suggest minggu ke berapa start makan. Kalau nk checkup swasta sampai bersalin. Total cost rm5-6k (checkup saja). Jangan buat kerja berat2. Banyakkan bedrest utk 4 months pertama. sampai baby kuat. Kalau boleh elakkan bersama. Sbb masih fragile. Makan healthy food utk elakkan kencing manis, gbs etc.
