Actually vit D is not main vit for body, vit A, D, E, K should take moderately, its usually combined with vit calcium to help better absorption for teeth and bone growth , I think no supplement sell out vit D only, but if your body really need vit D, try a natural way like consume fish oil, tempe , tauhu, fresh milk everyday,
