Can I wait till weeks 9-12 and take harmony test ?

Hello mommy, does anyone actually have your first gynae visit around week 10 or more and have your first scan follow by the harmony test. I am second time mom. Pretty chill this time and trying to save the number of visits. So I am thinking to wait till week 10 and see gynae. But not sure if this can be done ? Thanks guys
