Sayang, as far as I know, most government hospitals including HSA allow husbands in the labour room, but kena confirm langsung dengan hospital sebab rules boleh berbeza. A few of my mum friends who delivered kat government hospitals said their husbands just followed the ward staff instructions on the day, biasanya no special RTK or kursus required unless ada specific protocols. Best thing is call HSA antenatal clinic or the labour ward directly and tanya exact rules mereka, especially since you're expecting soon, sebab sometimes ada changes depending on occupancy or situations.
