Fish oil supplements

Hi mommies,I'm in my 18 weeks already and the doctor did not give me any fish oil.I was wondering when should the doc give me and can someone recommend me fish oil supplements that i can take?Currently am taking only obimin,vit d and calcium.

My doc gave in my second tri onwards. If u want it you should ask ya gynae to recommend it
