Hi mommies!
I am currently 25 weeks pregnant. Binawal po ako ng aking OB sa sweets and junkfood due to me being at high-risk for gestational diabetes. Pero may times talaga na gusto ko ng matamis (milk chocolate in particular). To combat sweet cravings, I usually just drink a big mug of black coffee... Na hindi ko na rin pwede gawin ngayon. 😅 any tips po? Thank you sa sasagot!
