First time mom here, baby is 9 weeks, 4 days.
I have extreme food aversions. I don't enjoy eating at all and ayoko talaga almost all kinds of food. I tried the suggestions I've read here and on Google to eat on small meals and avoid nausea-triggering food. But I still always feel hungry, but have no appetite to eat. Any other tips?
