Hi Mommies! Anyone of you tried this brand before? You may recommend other brands if you have tried before and do you think its worth it? Let me know whats your thoughts. Do you take before and during breastfeeding?

Yes I have tried but I personally prefer nature one and friso gold mom maternity milk 😁 it really depends on your personal preference for the taste. You can see if you can request for some samples in their website or event booth in baby fairs or supermarkets. I am currently taking throughout my pregnancy journey!
