Eh, I actually pakai IUD jugak and honestly it's been quite hassle-free for me lah! The insertion mmg ada cramping masa tu, tapi it only lasted a few hours, paracetamol and a heating pad helped. After that, periods ko might jadi heavier or more crampy for the first few cycles, but a few of my mum friends said it stabilised after 3-6 months. Best part? I don't have to think about it for years, no hormones like the pill, and super effective, worth the initial discomfort imo!
