Hi Mommies! Which one do you drink? Which one is most effective? Thanks for sharing. :) Would appreciate if you can share din other lactation drinks/aids that you found to be effective (and yummy).

From NB to 5mos ni baby, I used M2, Mother Nurture in Chocolate flavor and Mother's Milk. May iba pa akong iniinom nun pati cookies. These can help but believe me the best pampadami ng milk is unlilatch, pumping, lots of water and happy thoughts.
