Abdominal Cramps at 16weeks

Hi mommies! Just want to ask, is it normal to experience abdominal cramps on 16weeks? It worries me. Same feeling as having a period. I dont have bleeding though. Thank you

In my case, not normal. Nagkaganyan din kasi ako before and when I contacted my OB, binigyan nya ako ng gamot. Better ask your OB na lang din para sure. What's normal for others may not be normal for you.

It's okay sis, ganyan talaga tayong mga ftm hehehe. For now, pahinga ka muna and wag muna pa-stress. God bless sa inyo ni baby!
