Sepanjang mengandung kalau boleh elak kan makanan tak sihat ni , fast food , instant dan benda manis . Kalau nak makan pun buat lepas teringin je . Stay strong momies yang ada alahan . Alhamdulillah saya mengandung anak pertama tanpa alahan , allah permudahkan , sekarang baru habis pantang .
Actually it is not good for health & baby. But if u want, can eat it in small amount. I also lost my appetite, can't swallow any food at all. It will make me start to vomit. But what to do, we have to eat to give the baby nutrient 😢
Ya. After enter 2nd trimester, my morning sickness getting more ok. Just vomit when my tummy feel uncomfortable. I mean when bloated n late eat something. U take care too ya ☺️
cuba u try makan buah2 mcm anggur, sunkist, jambu.. or x pon klu nk buat megi tu, tumis half je perencah dia n campor ayam or sayor byk sikit.. tp jgn la mkn slalu.. moga alahan sis x berpanjangan..
