when will a baby learn to talk?

Talk to your baby more often then s/he will babble back in his/her own language. My baby started babbling at the age of 1yr+3months. She talks a lot. And now she can even call 'Ibu' and 'bapa', as well as her grandparents. Encourage your child to talk. Read books or name things and body parts by singing Head shoulder knees and toes(it always work). Hope this helps.
