Ay, mama, totally normal yan! At 4 weeks 6 days, sometimes ang gestational sac ay hindi pa makikita, it really depends on the dating and kung gaano ka-sensitive ang machine, so don't worry yourself too much. I have a few mum friends na ganyan din ang experience at perfectly fine ang pregnancy nila; ang OB nila lang na-repeat the ultrasound after a week or two and boom, clear na makita ang sac. I'd say just follow up with your OB as planned and maybe they'll schedule another scan soon, doctors know the next steps better than us, and honestly waiting is the hardest part pero worth it talaga.
