I used wrist guard for first couple of months, can buy from guardian :) Once LO can be carried upright around 4mo the wrist pain will eventually heal itself. I didn't need to see doc!
If the pain is from carrying the baby then try different ways like using a carrier. Alternatively you can try those wrist bands available in pharmacies. If the pain persist see a doc.
Hi, You can use wrist guards and also try stretching your arms and do some wrist movements as it helps in reducing the wrist cramps
Carpal tunnel syndrome. Try wearing a wrist guard. If it's still too painful see a dr to get a jab.
it happened to me in first few months. after i got the hang of carrying baby, no longer feel it
Had the same problem. Went to see TCM and rest for a few weeks and recovered
Wrist guards will help!! And occasional stretching
Stretching helps actually. 1-2 mins a day
