But honestly, if it's spreading into white patches even with the cream, I'd suggest going back to your pedia or seeing a derma na to check what's happening, kasi sometimes yung spreading like that needs a different approach or maybe there's something else going on. A few of us in our mum group had similar situations where the initial treatment helped pero ang pattern changed, and yun na ang sign na kailangan ng next step with a specialist. Keep using the Drapolene as prescribed pero don't wait too long, better safe than sorry with skin stuff, especially on baby's sensitive areas. Sending you strength, mama!
