Hahaha from what I learned after ko manganak mommy.. Maraming pwede ikasanhi ang binat😁 pero depende lang naman din sayo kung maniniwala ka😊 Para sa akin.. Take care of yourself lang po mommy.. Then kung may nararamdaman na hindi normal..mas better po to consult with your doctor kaysa mag home remedy😊

Wala naman pong binat madam, kung kaya mo na po gumalaw go lng po. Basta wag ka po mapuwersa
