Collagen / Biotin Products For Nursing Moms

Hi mommies. Do you all take collagen or biotin supplements during nursing and what brand and how much intake? Starting to feel depressed with the post partum hair loss. Everyday dropping 2-3x more than the picture shown. Hair is getting super duper thin :(
