Fourth CS is quite the journey talaga, I haven't personally done four kasi three lang ako, pero a few of my mum friends who went for their fourth say it's doable pero mas kailangan ng extra patience sa recovery. Mas maaga kang makakaramdam ng scar tissue, at ang healing ay medyo mas mahabang process compared sa previous ones, kaya really important na maligtas ka and follow your OB's advice closely this time. Basta listen to your body, don't overdo the heavy lifting or housework, and let your family help, iba na talaga ang fourth round. Definitely chat with your doctor about specific risks or precautions para sa fourth CS mo para makapaghanda ka ng tama!
