Basta sa simula, no salt, no sugar and very limited processed foods. Around 1yo, kung ano kinakain namin, iyon din ang kay baby, minus the pampalasa. Whether that's sinigang, tinola, monggo, etc. Sanayan lang po talaga, syempre kung ano ibinibigay nyo, iyon ang makakasanayan nya. Lots of patience and keep on offering lang po without forcing. Kahit magtikim lang sya ng 1 bite, ok na yun. Then offer na lang ulit next time ☺️
