TIPS AVOID GDM 😅

Hi mommies, selasa ni (30/7/24) saya dah start minum air gula. Boleh share tak tips apa2 untuk elak sangkut GDM. Saya takutttt. 😅 Tq in advance ☺️☺️

cut minum air manis. lpstu minum air lemon tk de gula. sy kerap makan manis kek, desserts, ais cream. tpi sy tk gemar air manis, bila minum je.. sy minum air lemon ais xde gula. alhamdulillah gula 3.8 je before minum. after minum 5.2

sy pregnancy kali ni selamat dr GDM, wlupon bdn naik bgai di pampam 😂Alhamdulillah 2x dh minum.. mgkin sblm preggy sy amalkn cut sugar kot start puasa jam 10 mlm.. bykkn mkn sayur..2/3 hari sblm stop la manis dulu ye.. gudluck sis 😘

mggu lps sya mnum air gula.. alhamdulillah xsgkut.. hehe.. ank prtama & kdua awal² sgkut gdm

2 hari sebelum cut sugar, mcm bldh biasa minum air sirap okay cut terus. banyakkan minum air masak, you can monitor dari air kencing, kalau jernih kiranya tak kuning sgt then you are good to go. nasi pun makan suku je.

1st time ke? kena tahu it all depends on hormone and body condition. ada org jaga makan, yet kena juga gdm and vice versa. cuma nya usual advice is kurang2kan mknan dan minum manis 2-3 before test.
