baby breech

Aww jangan risau sangat lagi, banyak babies yang turun sendiri between 35-37 weeks so ada masih masa! A few of my mum friends yang pernah breech, some tried the spinning babies exercises (macam hand and knee positions, pelvic tilts) and couple of them worked lah, tapi honestly the best thing is to discuss dengan doctor next week pasal exact position baby and what's actually recommended untuk situation kamu. Doctor akan tau better kalau memang perlu refer or boleh tunggu lagi, so just go with the flow dan follow their advice ye. Fingers crossed baby will flip on his/her own!
