I’m using Hugsie. If budget allows, get a Hugsie. It’s really comfortable.
Otherwise you can consider just changing to another pillow and then hug a bolster to see if it helps. Go to a shop that let you lie down on the pillow to try before buying.
I use the U pillow from Shopee. It was comfortable for me. And sometimes my husband uses it hahaha!
