Hi mommies please confirm if this is correct. If yung milk galing sa refrigerator, it can stay in room temp for 4 hrs — pero pag na consume na ni baby agad after it’s out sa ref, 2 hours na lang sya pwede ma consume. Tama po ba?

Exactly, mama! Once na nag-defrost or nag-warm up na ng baby yung milk, the 2-hour rule kicks in na, that's once baby's lips touched it or you've warmed it up for feeding, kaya better consume agad agad talaga para safe. A few of us moms naman, napansin na strict kami dito kasi ayaw namin risking any tummy issues, lalo na pag mainit-init pa ang weather dito sa Pinas! Kung may doubts ka pa, best to check with your pedia para extra peace of mind talaga.
