Hi mommies. milk from the refrigerator should be consumed within how many hours? Yung sa ref lang, hindi sa freezer. TIA

Hi mama! Para sa breast milk sa ref lang (hindi frozen), most of us follow the guideline na within 4 hours if room temperature muna, or up to 4 days kung straight sa ref. Pero honestly, I'd check with your pediatrician para sure, kasi bawat baby different, and safety lang ang basis natin dito!
