hi mommies, any peanut butter spread to recommend? i am trying to introduce allergens to my 6mth+ old TIA 🫶🏼

just any brand that is smooth without the nuts and without added salt and sugar. Can easily find them in supermarkets

if you're worried then choose those that don't contain vegetable oil. Natural oil from peanuts is ok
