But basically, for infants, may specific time lang dapat silang gising and after non need silang patulugin or else magiging grumpy sila o mahihirapan na makatulog (based dun sa nabasa ko). Yung baby namin around 2 mons sya SOBRANG HIRAP NYA PATULUGIN SA GABI AS IN 🥲 inaabot kami ng 4am-5am mapatulog lang sya hahaha. But when we tried to follow the awake windows, sobrang naging maagaan ang lahat 💯 As of now going 7 mons na si LO, and she's a deep sleeper at night na. Tulog sya from 6:30-7pm to around 5-6 am. Minsan nagigising around 4am but pag walang pumansin natutulog lang ulit hehe.
