Ah pacifier kembung perut, honestly I haven't heard that being a direct thing lah, tapi some of us mums noticed that if baby suck pacifier tapi teknik latch or suction dia tidak proper, boleh lah swallow more air which causes bloating, sama je like bottle feeding yang careless. Tommee Tippee pacifiers are actually pretty solid, a few of my mum friends use them and say okay je, but every baby different kan, some prefer MAM, some Philips Avent. If your baby dah kembung or fussy dengan pacifier, mungkin boleh coba nak see a doctor just to rule out other reasons, or try a different brand to see if it helps!
