Perineal tear
Hi mommies, is it normal for a perineal tear to still hurt a bit 2 months postpartum? How long did it take for your pubic area to completely heal and feel 0 discomfort?

Zero discomfort.. mine took maybe 3 months? Of course, you need to take care of the area too. Avoid stretching it too much, may need to avoid intercourse to allow it to completely heal. But if the pain is out of the ordinary, go see a doctor to get it checked to make sure everything is okay
