Perineal tear

Zero discomfort.. mine took maybe 3 months? Of course, you need to take care of the area too. Avoid stretching it too much, may need to avoid intercourse to allow it to completely heal. But if the pain is out of the ordinary, go see a doctor to get it checked to make sure everything is okay

my tear will 2nd degree, recovered fully by 2 weeks. please go see a gynae just to make sure

it depends on the degree of tear, best to check with your gynae if you feel uncomfortable

mine took around 4 months to completely heal.😅 Normal i guess
