Menstruation after giving birth
Hi mommies! Normal lang po ba na maging irregular ang menstruation after manganak? Nagkaroon na po ako for 2 consecutive months, tapos ngayong month wala pa, by now dapat meron na po eh. Withdrawal po kami ni mr. Thank you mommies.
Ay sis, totally normal yan especially if you're not exclusively breastfeeding, a few of us moms experienced irregular periods for months after birth kaya don't panic! Since you had two months of periods tapos wala ngayon, it could just be your body adjusting pa lang, pero since you're concerned at gusto mo munang mag-enjoy with withdrawal method, better check with your OB para sure na okay ka na and walang ibang nangyari. Alam mo naman how unpredictable our bodies can be postpartum, hirap mag-worry lalo na if you're relying on withdrawal! Anyway, wishing you regular cycles soon, basta confirm lang sa doctor para peace of mind mo.
