Irregular na regla

Hey mama, totally normal yan, especially kapag pure breastfeeding ka! A lot of my mum friends also experienced irregular periods or no period pa lang kahit months na after birth, ang hormones mo pa lang nag-aajust, lalo na since breastfeeding talaga ang nagpapababa ng estrogen. Since you had your period for a couple months and then it stopped again, that's actually pretty common pa rin, pero since it's been a month na now without it, I'd suggest checking with your OB just to make sure everything's on track and there's nothing else going on, better safe than sorry, especially if you're planning to prevent pregnancy soon or if anything feels off.
