Eh normal je tu, mommy! Sekali-sekala keluar cecair jernih atau kuning sikit from the breasts during pregnancy, it's your body preparing for breastfeeding, so jangan risau sangat. A few of my mum friends said the same thing around second trimester, and it went away atau just became part of their routine, so you're definitely not alone! That said, kalau cecair tu suddenly jadi banyak, berdarah, atau ada bau pelik, better check with your doctor just to be on the safe side, but from what you're describing, sounds like your breasts are just doing their thing.
