Panau atau kulit kering ?

Ahhh first mommy struggles! Honestly susah nak determine sendiri kalau panau, kering or bacterial infection, especially kalau dah few weeks tak hilang, mungkin kena proper assessment dari doctor sebab warna dan texture boleh reveal banyak benda. That said, kalau dah cuba lotion and cream tapi still merah, ada chance it's reacting to something you're using (products, detergent, even the heat and humidity lah). My take: snap a photo, show your GP or see a dermatologist, mereka boleh diagnose within minutes and give you something yang betul-betul effective instead of trial-and-error. Jangan risau, common je kat mommies especially dengan semua yang skin goes through postpartum!

Eh sayang, sulit lah nak tahu exactly dari gambar ja, tapi kalau dah berapa minggu tak hilang despite lotion and cream, better check dengan doctor atau dermatologist cepat-cepat, could be panau, fungal infection, atau even contact dermatitis, and masing-masing kena treatment berbeza! A few of my mum friends had similar patches yang tak nak go away, pastu doctor je yang confirm apa actually, so jangan experiment je dengan random products lah.
