Darah negatif honestly memang kena extra careful, especially after miscarriage, kena monitor antibodies closely and repeat anti-D injections properly je (doc should advise timing, especially kalau TTC again); a few of my mum friends who are Rh negative semua kena detailed plan with their gynae before trying lagi, sikit je they feel more confident. The good news, darah negatif sorang saja doesn't make pregnancy "complicated" per se, but you definitely need a gynae yang paham Rh sensitization and akan track your antibody levels regularly throughout, that's the key. Since you've had losses before, please sit down with your doctor (ideally specialist) and plan out exactly what testing and injections you need before you conceive lagi, so you go into the next pregnancy feeling supported and informed.
